Toi Mulligan, our main proprietor, has lived an interesting life that has taken her from Asia, to North America, and to Europe, and, in so doing, has gained a wealth of experience in floral display, presentation, and floral arranging, and has become familiar with the exquisite Japanese are of Ikebana while living in England, where it is practiced extensively.

In addition, Toi has attended a number of floral arranging classes as well as exhibitions and professional floral conventions, such as the London Chelsea Flower Show, San Francisco Ikebana, Seattle Flower Show, etc. She, also, trained and worked in local florist shops, in Spokane, where she acquired vital practical experience. Her extensive background and training has been put to good use since acquiring The Gilded Lily more than 15 years ago.

Toi enjoys making all types of bouquets, because she just loves the natural artistry expressed by flowers and branches, but is most passionate about designing Ikebana bouquets for customers who request them.

Delivery throughout Spokane and the Valley
Please call if there is any concern that the recipient is outside of our delivery area.
For orders requiring same-day delivery please call to check for availability.
The Gilded Lily reserves the right to decline orders outside of the delivery area.

Delivery to the Spokane area is $10.
For surrounding areas (Spokane Valley, Mead, Airway Heights, Cheney, Medical Lake, Liberty Lake, Colbert, etc) there is a $15 delivery charge.
